Ventilation Tube

The ventilation tube is made of cardboard and ships flat. At the job site, the tube is spread open and a self-expander is used to ensure the tube will not collapse.

The tube is designed to allow unrestricted air flow from the outside of the home, through the eave vent. The tube was made to work with truss construction only where blown or batt insulation block the airway..

Nails or other fasteners are required to hold the tube in place.

Tube measures:
22" wide x 3" high x 24" long

Eave Vent

As you can see from the top photo, the Eave Vent is a metal frame with a metal flange. Tack-welded onto it is a screening material. The flange has pre-drilled nail holes to make installation a snap.

Eave Vents come in 2 sizes

The bottom photo to the left is actually two photos. The top portion shows an open-tail rafter of an attic that is poorly vented.

The bottom portion of the photo shows the bee-proof Eave Vent that replaced the entire space between the rafters.

The Eave Vent has a "U-shape" design that can be easily and quickly nailed into the rafters to provide unrestricted air flow.

The vent is un-painted galvanized metal. The installed vent won't distract from the home.

As shown in the photo, the vent was painted black to give the appearance that the area was in shadow.

Attic Door

An attic door provides entry to the attic space. The location of the install depends on the construction of the attic and/or if a fan is also part of the install.

This item is only available in the Phoenix area with an Attic Tune-Up installation.
