Ray Kohler - Owner

Ray started out working as a home improvement contractor where he became involved with electrical installs, then became an electrical contractor, and even a general contractor. After 20 years, Ray had the opportunity to alter his vocation and entered into the fan and vent industry. Now, over 15 years later, Ray will tell you that building fans and designing venting systems is what he enjoys most. In fact, he is recognized as the "go to man" for anything to do with fans and vents. For example, he has been awarded 2 patents and is known for his ability to make almost anything into a vent. From replacing fancy glass panels in garage doors to making specialized vents to prevent Africanized honeybees and roof rats entry into a home, Ray has done it all.

With the heat here in the Valley of the Sun and the escalating costs of energy, the big question always asked of Ray is: "How can I cut my utility bills?" Ray answers by building and designing fan exhaust systems that can cool a garage, an attic, or under certain conditions, an entire home — all with a single fan. Armed with very specialized tools, there is no fan or venting job that Ray can't handle.
